Murphy’s Quality Inspections has approved HUD 203k consultants on staff that perform HUD consulting services throughout central North Carolina, and in association with the Carolina Area Network of Real Estate Inspectors (CANOREI), we can provide HUD 203(k) consulting services throughout most of the state.

    Property Condition Assessments as defined by the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E2018-08.

    Limited Property Condition Assessments are Property Condition Assessments modified in scope to meet your individual needs and budget.

    Phase I Environmental Site Assessments that conform to ASTM E1527-13 that assist prospective buyers of commercial property in meeting the due diligence requirements outlined in CERCLA necessary to qualify for landowner liability protection.


    We offer Asbestos sampling services to assist in meeting the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Health Hazards Control Unit’s Asbestos Hazardous Management requirements for the identification of asbestos containing materials prior to demolition, renovation and removal activities for commercial properties. We also offer these services for historical residential properties under renovation, and for homebuyers and homeowners who are concerned about safety hazards related to their property.
